Jay L Bachman, Jr. – President and Co-Founder
Jay has been an innovator in the packaging industry for over 35 years, is a co-founder of Wayne Automation, and is the current President of the company. Jay has personally designed many of Wayne’s most successful products and continues to maintain an active role in the engineering design of every machine the company produces. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from Widener University and is an active private pilot, holding a rotorcraft rating.
Jay L Bachman, III – Vice President and General Manager
Jay serves as Vice President and General Manager, overseeing production operations at Wayne Automation. Prior to joining the company, Jay had more than a decade of program management and manufacturing experience in the defense industry with Cobham PLC and Northrop Grumman Corporation. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from The University of Maryland.
David DiDomenico – Vice President, Sales and Marketing
David serves as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He has over 25 years of sales leadership experience in the healthcare automation marketplace. Dave works with the Wayne sales team and distributors to expand Wayne’s market presence in the North and Central American markets. He has developed and applied Best Practices to ensure customer success, and brings collaborative strategies to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from St. Joseph’s University and an MBA from Temple University.
Joe Moroni – Midwest Region and Eastern Canada
Joe has been part of the Wayne Automation team since 2000. Prior to joining Wayne Automation, Joe worked in flexible packaging and capital equipment sales both in the U.S. and internationally. Joe lives in Wisconsin where he serves on the board of directors for a number of functions within his community.
Ron Sellers – Western Region and Western Canada
Ron joined Wayne Automation in 2002 and brings 25 years of prior experience in food and chemical packaging, along with experience in the corrugated industry. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. Ron resides in Washington State.
