Model CE-11/17 Case Erector

The basic design criteria of the this case erector is to run extremely short half-slotted, regular-slotted, and all-flaps meet cases at higher speeds than standard case erectors. Wayne Automation offers the basic machine in three different speed ranges. The standard machine, Model CE-11/17 Case Erector is capable of 25 cases/minute. The high speed version, Model CE-11/17HS Case Erector is capable of 32 cases/minute and the super high speed unit, Model CE-11/17SHS Case Erector is capable of 40 cases/min. Case sealing options include hot melt glue, cold glue and tape.

These case erector models are available with a standard 350 case magazine with an option for 500 cases. The case erector offers features specifically designed to eliminate machine jamming and material loss due to corrugated quality variations and difficult to square case styles.

All Wayne Case Erecting Systems are guaranteed to operate with less then 1/8 of 1% material loss and efficiencies of 99% or better.
