The CE-24/30 SPI Case Erectors are designed to erect, fold, and tuck RSC or HSC cases at speeds up to 8 cpm. As you can gather from the model number, this case erector will accommodate 30" in length but expands to 24" in width, while maintaining a 30" body height (42" height with HSCs). Where this case erector stands out from all the rest is that the CE-24/30SPI Case Erector can erect cases with interlocking bottom flaps and, of course, that implies cases what are recycled as many as 10 times.
The "SP" in the model number stands for "Small Platform" with the whole machine occupying less than 5 ft. in width by an astounding "Honey I Shrunk the Kids" length of 11 ft. Wayne has taken the first step in fully automating the case feed by providing an elevator style magazine lift platform that will accept pallet or pull sheet shipping conveyance. Its prime mover is a continuously rotating line shaft from which all the major motions are incrementally driven providing a straight forward and simplistic design.
The CE-24/30SPI is backed by Wayne Performance Guarantee to run cases with material loss of less than 1/8 of 1% and machine efficiencies of 99% or better.
