The Mod B Series of Case Erectors teams the advantages of servo technology with Wayne Automation's rugged and reliable CE-15/22 line of case erectors. While these Servo models significantly reduce the requirements for dependence on compressed air, they also provide reduced set up time, smooth and greater throughput, and a reduction of parts used in the manufacture of the all pneumatic style machines. An Allen Bradley Control Logix processor provides easy control and access to the Servo settings when coupled with the standard Allen Bradley Panelview Touchscreen. Specifically, the case blanks are transported to the erecting area, erected and indexed to the compression area and compressed ready for discharge all using Allen Bradley servos.
The systems are available in SHS models for non-tablok applications and TL models for plants needing to run tablok cases. All SHS models can be later retrofitted with tablok case tooling should needs change.
The MOD B Series Case Erectors are backed by Wayne’s guarantee to run with material loss of less than 1/8 of 1% and machine efficiencies of 99% or better.
