The ideal solution for very high speed case erecting applications, Wayne Automation's VCE Vertical Case Erectors can run RSC, HSC, and AFM cases at speeds up to 75 cpm. Cases are erected, glued, compressed, and discharged in an upright position allowing the finished case to exit the machine bottom down and ready for transport to the next piece of equipment in the packaging line.
At its conception the VCE was to be a high speed case erector, however, time and customers have proven that it is as comfortable running 20 cpm as it is running 75 cpm. Designed and built with the heavy-duty construction and advanced electronics to run 24/7 at high speeds, this all-mechanical, continuous motion case erector is smart enough to know when to speed up and when to slow down automatically-making it the perfect machine for any serious packager.
These Case Erectors are engineered with machine intelligence to maximize uptime and minimize materials waste. Sensors at critical points in the erection and sealing areas detect proper folding and gluing throughout the case erecting process. Machine diagnostics constantly monitor the performance of the system, significantly reducing the need for operator intervention.
