LM-1 Case Inspector

The LM-1 Case Inspector simplifies the process of identifying defective cases by integrating multiple inspection stations in one reliable machine. This 30 cpm Case Inspector, equipped with a weigh station and a tamper with sensors:

  • ensures all containers are fully seated into the case
  • senses a "floater" on top and sends rejected case off to the side
  • weighs each case and ejects those which do not meet the target weight (indicating a missing containers or missing partition).

LM-2 Case Inspector with Vision

The LM-2 high speed (50/min.) inspection system, by way of “Vision”, will confirm not only the appropriate count of containers but that each is in its own respective cell.  Visual inspection will also confirm that the partition is properly opened in the case. 

Unlike it’s lower speed sister model, the LM-1, this system does not utilize a tamper and weigh cell to detect shortages or overages but rather uses a vision system to confirm the above.  Should a deficiency be detected, the system rejects the case off to the side.
