High speed is nothing without quality and reliability. The TR-50 has it covered. The machine is based around the highly successful and field-proven TR-30. To achieve consistent high speed performance, the machine utilizes a mechanical motion pick-and-place magazine and transporter system, providing smooth continuous paper handling even at its maximum speed.

The TR-50 tray forming mandrel is quickly and easily removed and changed to prepare for an alternate tray size. The machine comes standard with toolless adjustments at changeover points. Optional scaling and hand wheel and counter packages allow you to configure the machine to meet the needs of your line.

Standard on the TR-50 are Lexan doors equipped with Allen Bradley anti-intrusion switches. Together, these provide effective guarding as well as an unobstructed view of machine function. The vertical traveling forming head is equipped with an Amlok rod clamp safety system that positively locks the motion of the head when the machine has been stopped or turned off. Remote emergency and cycle stop stations are also located around the machine for quick and easy access.
