The brilliance of the Quattro is the joining together of technology from two field-proven Wayne partition inserters -- the dual magazine from the SF-400VHS and the dual transporter from the SF-400UHS.
The Quattro picks four partitions at a time from two dual magazines and sends them via the dual transporters to the Servo insertion head. The partitions are then simultaneously opened and inserted into four awaiting cases. This ability to insert multiple partitions in one machine cycle allows for ultra high speed throughput with the mechanical ease of a single insert.
The Quattro is designed and built for ease of use and optimal performance. Heavy-duty 1/4" wall rectangular steel tube construction gives the system the durability it needs to withstand 24/7 operation and ensures long system life. The Servo-controlled insertion head provides precision partition placement and reduces job changeover time.
Operators interface with the machine through the Panelview Display which also monitors the machine performance and provides troubleshooting feedback if ever needed.
