Buying a compact case erector does not mean you should have to make sacrifices in terms of performance, reliability, and durability. The CE-2100 Case Erector is designed for customers with entry-level automation projects, as well as those manufacturing facilities looking for improved productivity, offering speeds from 10 to 40 cpm.

The CE-2100 automatic case erector handles an extensive selection of case sizes in RSC, HSC, or AFM configurations. The machine is designed to produce cases through a wide range of speeds. Via the color touch screen HMI, operators can select the specific throughput required, reducing dependence on accumulation conveyors. Cases are produced at speeds as low as 10 cases per minute, and without any modification, the CE-2100 will run up to 40 cases per minute — making this the case erector that will grow with your line.

The CE-2100 is fully customizable to meet customer specifications. The machine is offered with either tape or hot melt bottom sealing. The CE-2100 can be configured with tape heads from Dekka or 3M in multiple widths or hot melt systems from Nordson or ITW in various melter sizes, allowing you to choose the equipment that you require.

Entry-level case erectors usually compromise on quality. While many run well initially, the rigors of a production environment rapidly wear these machines out, meaning your line experiences downtime as the machine becomes less efficient. The CE-2100 Case Erector is built to thrive in rugged production environments and do so with a minimum of maintenance.

Fabricated with a MIG welded tube steel frame, the CE-2100 will survive 24/7 usage, moves through your production facility, or whatever else you can throw at it. The machine includes vacuum filtering, coalescing and condensing filtration on incoming air, and driveline shock absorption – all features to provide years of trouble-free operation.

Safety first and foremost.

The CE-2100 Case Erector includes full-height Lexan doors for visibility into the machine and easy access when required. The doors are guarded by anti-intrusion switches that stop the machine when opened. Remote mounted emergency stop stations are located on each side of the machine for quick access. The color touch screen HMI displays the status of all safety interlocks to rapidly discern what safety features have been activated.
