Case Erectors

The Servo-enhanced MOD B Case Erector operates at speeds up to 40 cpm. Runs RSC, HSC, AFM, and Tablock case styles.		VCE High Speed Case Erector features a vertical case discharge with throughput speeds up to 75 cpm. Runs RSC, HSC, and AFM Cases.

Partition Inserters

SF-400 VHS & UHS Dual-Head Partition Inserters provide throughput speeds up to 42 cpm. Single-head models can handle speeds up to 24 cpm. Runs partitions in corrugated or solid fiber.		Quattro High Speed Partition Inserter utilizes four insertion heads which places four partitions in four cases simultaneously at speeds up to 70 cpm in corrugated or solid fiber.

Case Sealers

The Latest in 'Green' Solutions for Partition Inserts

Wayne's SF-400 Family of Partition Inserters have the unique capability to insert partitions into filled cases. The Advantage? The ability to use a Shunted Partition. This cost-saving partition style cuts away the ends of each divider to a point slightly larger than the radius of the bottles thus significantly reducing the material used, while still protecting the product for shipping.

Once you decide to equip your box shop, we can help you configure the line around your existing case packer by adding a case erector, partition inserter, and case sealer to meet your projected line speeds. The direction of the line flow will be determined by your plant layout.
